4. We apply "First come, First serve basis".

5. Items are allowed to be reserved for 3 days max. No response from buyer then only item will be open again.

6. TWS will not be held liable for any loss or damages due to the lack of care from the courier services.

7. There will be no refund once item has been purchased.
